- Discuss your health history, birth preferences, birthing fears/concerns, comfort measures, signs and stages of labor, the laboring day, PP recovery, what to expect and answer any questions you might have

TWO PRENATAL CHECK-IN SUPPORT
- Prenatal facetime phone call
- Discuss & review any lingering concerns and additionally work through thoughts & feelings.
- Extensive pregnancy tips, birth preparation, handouts and infographics.
- Typically ~60min
LABOR DOULA SUPPORT
- I provide continuous labor support until you meet your beautiful tiny human earth side.
- This includes pre-labor and labor texts, calls, and support.
- This includes active labor and birth support.
- After your birth, I remain with you until you are settled to help initiate bonding and breastfeeding for 1-4 hours following birth.
- Guaranteed Backup Doula if needed
- Unlimited text & email support throughout pregnancy.
FIRST POSTPARTUM CHECK-IN SUPPORT
- Postpartum recap at 24-48 hours to check in.
- Includes birth processing and experience discussion
- Baby check in (diaper qty, health, disposition, etc)
- Nutrition review to ensure the right healing and nourishing foods are being consumed
- Partner check in and question/needs review
- Breastfeeding support and latching guidance
- Sibling support and acceptance (if you have other children)
- Typically ~120 min
SECOND POSTPARTUM CHECK-IN SUPPORT

- Discuss the birth, provide emotional support, check on how breastfeeding is going, and any additional information or needs you desire.
- Typically ~60min
**The second support session must be utilized no more than 4 weeks postpartum**

- Postpartum 4 weeks after delivery to check in.
- Mental health check in
- Typically ~60 min
**The second support session must be utilized no more than 4 weeks postpartum**
2 POSTPARTUM DOULA SHIFTS
- (2) complimentary 4-hour shifts
- Anytime between 12pm - 5pm
- Mama check-in care, self-care, mental health, general help
- Ensure mama’s vitamins are taken, food/snacks given, water full
- Baby laundry (wash/fold)
- Pump/Bottle sterilization
- Mama (and/or baby/sibling meal prep)
- Bathing, diaper, general caring for baby
- Baby care while parents nap, shower, eat, break, etc.
- Milestone development with baby (tummy time, brain development, reading, etc)
- Fresh air / baby walks
- Breastfeed assessments and latch/support
- Doctor’s appointment support; Will join appts for mental and moral support as needed

Certified newborn Care specialist (NCS)

This is included in my postpartum care.
I come to your home to guide you through what sometimes can be a difficult transition into parenthood. Newborn care specialist/baby nurses assist parents in the first months of a baby’s life, with parent education, breast-feeding, and baby care. I can assist with sleep issues, feeding issues, and any other minor difficulties that you may encounter from birth through the first year.
Support can also include:
- Newborn and infant care support
- Mama (and/or baby/sibling meal prep)
- Bathing, diaper, general caring
- Baby care while parents nap, shower, eat, break, etc.
- Milestone development with baby (tummy time, brain development, reading, first foods, etc)
- Fresh air / baby walks
- Baby laundry
- Pump/Bottle sterilization
- Breastfeed assessments and latch/support
- Doctor’s appointment support; Will join at appointments for mental and moral support as needed
